How insurance billing works

When billed to insurance, evaluations are typically divided into four parts: interview, testing, integration/analysis, and feedback. Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your plan’s deductible, copay, and coinsurance.

  • Deductible not met: You may owe the plan’s allowed amount for each component until met.
  • Deductible met: You are typically responsible only for your standard copay/coinsurance.
  • Out-of-network: We provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.

Private pay option

The bundled comprehensive rate is $8,160. This includes interview, testing, scoring/analysis, feedback, and the comprehensive report. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate and a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
