Evaluations clarify diagnoses such as ADHD, autism spectrum, concussion/TBI effects, memory and attention disorders, and complex mood/anxiety presentations. Below is a clear breakdown of what’s included, pricing, and insurance options.

**What the Evaluation Includes**

- Clinical interview (1–2 hours)

- Standardized testing day (4–6 hours), with breaks

- Scoring, analysis, and interpretation of results

- Feedback session (≈1 hour) to review findings and recommendations

- Comprehensive written report suitable for treatment planning, school/work accommodations, and care coordination

- When helpful, brief collateral input (e.g., from a parent/partner or treating clinician)

**Price**

- Comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation: $8,160 (all inclusive for the scope above)

**Insurance & Payment**

- In‑network: Aetna and Optum/United Healthcare

- Cigna: accepted for neuropsychological evaluations

- Other plans: billed as out‑of‑network; we provide a Superbill for reimbursement

- HSA/FSA cards accepted

- You will receive a Good Faith Estimate in compliance with the No Surprises Act

**Timeline & Results**

- Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks after the testing appointment for your feedback session and report.
